I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They pushed me for a deep clean. When I asked if my insurance would cover the treatment, they asked when and where I did my last one. I told them I did my last one with another Castle Dental about 1.5 years ago and they told me after checking the record (Castle Dental shared the records) that it would be fully covered. They one month later, I got a bill saying that the insurance covers some treatments only once per 24 months. Worst of all, they charged me $130 for some "take-home medicine", which turned out to be just a small bottle of oral rinse (just like a sample bottle). I went to another dentist recently and paid $5 for a much large bottle of the same oral rinse!!

Good dentist--no real problems there. My conplaint is that the dentist prescribes cleaning every 3-4 months [more often than usual] due to gum issues--but the dental office never has available appointment times earlier than 6 months out. Seems the scheduling people should be able to schedule according to the dentist's treatment plan but in my experience they have not been able to do so.

What ever you do, DO NOT GO HERE. They're wearing masks for a reason. And not just for hygienic reasons, but to hide their faces from the holdup that is about to take place. It's tantamount to a mugging!

I had a ton of x-rays, all of which the dentist didn't even look at. She looked in my mouth maybe 2 minutes and left. It wasn't until I went to pay that I was told I neeed multiple crowns on top of the $1200 cleaning the hygienist said I needed.

All of this didn't feel right to me, so I got a second opinion. Guess what? My cleaning was $185.00 and I didn't need any crowns!

Now I know why their called Castle Dental...they want to crown everyone! Go anywhere else but here. Trust me on this. They're only interested in the Benjamin's.
What they should ask is "shut your mouth and open your wallet wide".
