The other reviewer is up in the night Dr. Sorensen is A+ They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
Worst experience ever. Imagine after 5 or 6 shots to numb the mouth yet the drill still has you squeezing the chair handles more than giving birth does. Maybe because the shots missed their needed location due to the shakiest hands ever. I feared the whole time that his shakey hands would slip and drill into my tooth in a wrong way. WORSE pain ever... BEWARE
The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them.
