My wife just got back from Dr. Capua's office and she had a horrible experience. She said that she went to have a "small" cavity filled. When she got into the chair, Dr. Capua said that he was going to numb the area before he filled it. My wife said that she probably didn't need any numbing since it was just a "small" cavity. But Dr. Capua said that she should probably have the numbing so it didn't hurt too much. My wife said that after Dr. Capua numbed the area, her face became numb from the corner of her mouth to her nose and up her face to her forehead. My wife has had extensive dental work in the past and stated that she has never been that numb in the past. When she told Dr. Capua this, he just laughed. In fact, my wife said that the other staff laughed as well. My wife stated that she did not think that it was funny. She said that Dr. Capua told her that she shouldn't get mad at him for doing his job! I called the office and cancelled all future appointments for my family.

Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment?
Not at all! They were very gentle and careful
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.

I had to wait for a little while.

Completely!
Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature?
Absolutely! It was the perfect temperature

Yes
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

Absolutely! They wouldn't leave me alone!
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Only if I couldn't find a better substitute

Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule
