The office made a mistake on a treatment plan. I thought this amount cannot be correct and called them. The office immediately went to work and involved all the people necessary to take care of the mistake even the dentist.
I was really impressed. These are great people and very professional.
I have been going here for a little over a year and I would highly recommend their services.

The staff was very friendly and informative. I learned some new things felt very comfortable there. I love that they are a family run practice, but the news was bad and the cost of their crowns was twice as much as I've ever had to pay before, with insurance, so I wanted a second opinion. When I asked the receptionist to e-mail me my x-rays I was told that their e-mail system was not working, and hadn't been for weeks or months, and IT hadn't been able to fix it, which is very unusual to say the least. She offered to mail them to me but another dentist will probably not be able to see enough from a paper copy. So I asked her to put them on a flash drive for me and was told that the technology is not compatible so they couldn't do it, which I also find very hard to believe.

I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

I like the dentist, however, not the front desk so much. The ladies are rude and unprofessional. I heard them talking about other patients, how they annoyed them and there billing issues. It's too bad the front desk is so bad, the dentist is actually pretty good.
