I had some work done at Snow Country several years ago, but I'm still peeved at the treatment I received. An assistant misinterpreted a remark I made that was not directed at her, but for which she took offense. It is my opinion that she and/or the office staff exacted retribution by sending my dental bill to a collection agency for payment rather than my insurance company. In so doing, I took a temporary hit on my credit score and spent an hour or two corresponding with the credit bureau and Snow Country's administrative office correcting the issue. I can't prove Snow Country purposely tried to damage me financially, but I remain suspicious. Otherwise, the dental work I received was good.

I was told I had multiple cavities and that they were going to be very expensive to repair. They had the finance rep right in the room trying to get me to make payments. They said these cavities could not wait to be repaired. I got a second opinion and another Dr. told me I had absolutely no cavities!!! When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return.

All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I usually have a good experience. My only complaint is the hard sell of extra cleaning services - some anti-bacteria injection.
