he has no bedside manner and is rough and not patient friendly. I have had to have 3 apectomies by him on the same tooth b/c they have failed. His last procedure felt like a branding iron in my mouth. He seems in a hurry and it was torture in the chair. He was incredibly rough with the injections for numbing, the gum shaving, and the drilling. It was a horrible experience and he smelled like cigarette smoke the entire time. He seems more interested in speed than careful work and doesn't explain anything. It was the worst medical experience of my life. I would not recommend his torture to anyone. I had a root canal with my general dentist on another tooth and it was a pleasant experience.

I can't decide if dr. Pulsipher is nice or rude. One moment he seems annoyed I'm there, the next, he's all interested and caring. What I can say is that I felt like he was really rough when he did the repeat root canal on my poor tooth. The general dentist may have taken longer, but I was never scared he'd break something... Like I was with dr. Pulsipher. Will I go to him for future endodontic needs? I'm not so sure.

I had a GREAT experience here. They aren't super talkative, but they had me in and out in 45 minutes for root canals, and it barely felt like a filling. I was so grateful for their professional work, and VERY prompt and timely service. I did not have any problem with the staff. They were very kind and brought me warm blankets and I watched tv on the ceiling while my teeth were being worked on. I have had a root canal by a normal dentist, and I will NEVER EVER do that again. This was a picnic by comparison.

I recommend you get a consultation and dental work done anywhere else but from Dr. Pulsipher (Dr. Lucifer is what I call him). He has no empathy, is very inconsiderate and imprecise. The lady at the front desk bragged about getting two APICOECTOMYs at the same time; she said the surgery was not bad at all. NOT true! This was the worst dental experience of my life! I had to get an APICOECTOMY, which in my experience was like being operated on by a car mechanic. I asked the doctor if I had an infection and all he said was yes. Hello??!? No explanation for anything he was doing and why. I was in so much pain I couldn't chew or do anything for a week! I had to keep ice on my face 24/7. They told me not to look at the massacre but I knew something was wrong, so I looked. I called two days after my surgery to see if I could get my stitches redone and the lady at the front desk was so rude and unprofessional. The doctor pulled my gum over too far and forgot to sew it up correctly. I had a huge piece of tissue flapping around getting infected. Now my gum is out of alignment. It’s like plastic surgery gone wrong. He didn’t say he was sorry or admit he did anything wrong! I have a high tolerance for pain but this dentist kicked my ass in a one legged ass-kicking contest for 2 months! Plus it’s cost $1500.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The front desk girl (Julie) quoted me a price and a discount and then when I showed up for my appt she pretended that she didn't know who I was and told me she would have NEVER quoted that price and I must be lying. She was so unbelievable rude that I cant believe she is in customer service!!! I even had her talk to my wife on the phone to try to get it all straightened out and my wife (who actually works for a dentist office) couldn't believe how unprofessional and crude this girl was. She said she will no longer be referring her patients to Dr. Pulsifer because of her experience with her.I also waited over 45 min to be seen and then they acting like it was inconvenient that I was there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. My dentist said I needed 3 root canals and Dr. Pulsifer came in looked at my mouth for 5 min and told me I needed 7 root canals and walked away. They lured us in with a price of $1680 for 3 root canals and when we left our estimated bill was almost $5000. I would never visit them again!!!!! We ended going to another Endodontist because we had such a horrible experience with Dr. Pulsifer's office. The front office is the face of the practice and if Dr. Pulsifer wants to succeed he might want to consider someone who is customer service friendly to run his front desk instead of someone who drives people away because she is so rude and unprofessional. Save your time and money!
