They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
