Dr. Sorbonne is an excellent dentist who, not only does excellent work, but cares about his patients and does everything possible to give them the best possible dental care. The other staff members are excellent as well and go above and beyond to make the experience very positive. I am grateful to have found this office and would never go anywhere else.

My first appointment I informed the dentist that I had a tooth that was bothering me. He checked another tooth of mine & said I needed a crown. He scheduled me to come back in for the crown and a filling for the tooth that was bothering me. My second appointment I had to wait 45 minutes. He did the crown but was running late on other appointments & asked me to come back in for the filling. Two weeks later I was still in pain from the crown. I went back in... Waited 30 minutes. I was told that the tooth that had the crown put on now needed a root canal. Came back for the root canal & wasn't given any gas like the first time or offered any. They gave me the local and started the procedure. Half way through I could feel everything! Months later I still can't touch the tooth without major pain nor can I chew with this tooth. I called the office to inform of my issues & was told that I needed to find another dentist because they couldn't fix my tooth. And was told that I need to go to their office to file paperwork in order to get a refund for the root canal. In the meantime I am still in pain & still have discomfort with the tooth that I originally came in to have checked. Very dissatisfied to put it nicely!

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment!

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
