Everytime I take my son to The Kids Place, I know they will take care of whatever he needs done. This morning when I called them I talked to Makenna and she took the time to help me with how to get this posted so others will know of the quality this Dental office. Thank you

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

**THEY BRIBE CUSTOMERS WITH $25 TO DO A GOOGLE REVIEW!! dont trust those reviews!!! AVOID THIS PLACE! ITS HORRIBLE AND OVERPRICED!**

1st time i went: My teeth cleaning felt kind of rushed. I was hoping they would clean them a little better. My gums kept bleeding because the girl was very harsh with the cleaning. the people were nice, so i decided okay i guess ill come back.

SECOND visit: THE LAST EVERRR!!
I went in for simple filling and it turned out to be a painful experience. NEVER HAPPENED WITH ANY OTHER DENTIST I HAVE BEEN TO. I may have gotten an infection from this INEXPERIENCED dentist!! he kept poking me and injecting many times medicine into my gums rather then giving it a minute to work. I WAS NUMB FIVE-SIX HOURS AFTER THE PROCEDURE AND COULD NOT EAT! this has never happened before! I felt neglected when i was getting numbed for the procedure- I was told that it works better when my gums are dry so the assistant dried my gums etc. then put the swabs in. SHE LEFT me after while my mouth started to fill up with too much saliva and i couldn't spit it out! i had to wave down a different dentist to help me suction it! my throat ended up being numbed as well and i felt like i couldnt breathe. I dont do reviews often but this place is somewhere to AVOID!!!! Worst of all, i was told that my insurance is accepted and it covers everything. I ened up getting a HUGE BILL where insurance only covers $20. WTF?!

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!

Not really, it could have been much cleaner

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

By Far, the worst office I have been to. Billing department is horrible. They were charging me because they will not communicate with the insurance company to get the money. Not only that, but when I called to discuss the matter, they were very rude. The dentist was nice, but did a horrible job in fixing a cavity. I had to have it re-done just 6 months later. If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
