They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
