The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. I hated that I wasn't able to rinse during my dental procedure at all. I seriously almost choked.

I saw Dr. Elder in an emergency scenario and he saved our vacation! I rarely write reviews but this exceptional experience deserved to be mentioned. We were on a summer vacation, far from home (Alabama), and I ended up with an infection in a rear molar that led to excruciating pain. Dr. Elder answered his personal phone even before the office was open and then called us back with an appointment time that same day (we were still traveling to the area). He evaluated me and explained several options available. I chose to be treated with some pain medicine and an antibiotic, which helped almost immediately. He also made himself available should I have continuing problems in the next few days, luckily I didn't! If I lived in the area there would be no hesitation as to who our family dentist would be.

I called them for a broken tooth in the evening. Dr. Elder was great at seeing me when it worked best for me. He was great, explained everything, made me feel comfortable, and didn't pressure any certain procedure but explained all my options. It was affordable, yet fabulous care. Dr. Elder will definitely be my family dentist now!!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.
