I have been going to Willow Creek dental for about 8 years now, and have never had a problem with the service or quality of work. The only "problem" I ever had in 8 years was with my account last month. I called the office and asked them to help me and they referred me to Kelly. Kelly was very kind and professional to me on the telephone, and told me that she would investigate the problem and get back with me. The very next day she called me back and explained to me what had happened and that she would correct the error that very day. When I received my next bill, the error was corrected and Kelly had even given me a small credit. I absolutely would refer anyone to Willow Creek Dental!

My name is Jared. I am an ex-patient here. Like many other reviewers, I can say that this was an extremely negative experience. I would never recommend them. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Utah Dental Association.

My husband has been going to this dental office for over a year. They kept hounding him to have me come in. I am a busy mom of 6 kids and had not made the time to get my teeth cleaned. I finally went in. One of the first things the hygienist talked to me about was the different options they had for cosmetic. (I have a gap between my front teeth). She also made the comment that it helps people to feel better about themselves to do cosmetic stuff. I realize she is probably trying to drum up business, but I felt like bringing this up to a 33 year old woman was completely inappropriate. I had some build up between my back two teeth that was causing some concern and they did some "extra" cleaning that ended up costing $96. I had taken a coupon in and they weren't sure how to apply it because I had insurance. When discussing the extra charges with me once I received the bill the lady threatened to take me to collections if I didn't tell her if I was paying the bill or not right then. At the end of the day, I felt like this office lacked in customer service skills on every account. Maybe you'll have a better experience, but I wouldn't risk it. I felt like they were all about trying to drum up more business instead of worrying about the business they already had.
