Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
