Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
