Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Dr. Lloyd made sure every single question I had was answered, and was available when I had additional questions after the visit. Staff are friendly and welcoming. They are warm and professional, and help make the experience as best as can be going to the dentist. All my questions were answered, and I feel like my teeth are in good hands. I am looking forward to still being able to crunch apples when I am 80+. Thanks, Dr. Lloyd!
