I do not recommend this dentist to anyone. The staff are not trained. I was there for services and they checked my insurance company to ensure that I was covered. The staff stated that everything was covered through my insurance company. About 6 months later, I start receiving bills. Of course, I thought that it was just a duplicate one that the insurance company also received and was paying. When I finally called to inquire, the staff was rude and would not help me. They continued to tell me to talk with my insurance company. My insurance company kept saying that they needed more information about the invoices in question. This has gone on for 1 year and it is still not resolved. I have been paying a collection agency for 7 months just to pay the $400 off and now the collection agency states that they have another account in my name with additional charges totalling $1,200. I went back to Milton Starr and they instructed me to talk back to the collection agency that they do not have any documentation and it is hard to read. The staff at Milton Starr have given me the worst runaround for a person who does not know the medical language or can talk intelligent with these companies. I would advise anyone not to go there. This has been a horrible experience for just cleaning. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They only cared about what would make them the most money and not at all if they were putting their customer in a financial bind. I am a military spouse and I find this horrible the way that have treated the military community.
