I wasn't in discomfort until he gave me the novacaine shot. Also cut my gum during the filling procedure. Managed to cause my child discomfort too. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. Had an issue with claim since they did not file the office address with insurance company. Took months too resolve because of their incompetience. Bad experience. Wouldn't want others to go through.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
