Very poor communication with patients. E-mails to the office go unanswered, difficult to get appointments with the dentist. Dental procedures are recommended without adequate explanation. Very unhappy with my experience.

Took my wisdom teeth out and it fell on the floor when she yanked it out. She was fighting with the dental assistant while sewing my incision up.

Very accommodating and helpful staff. I always get appointments very fast. On two occasions they have seen me almost immediately for minor dental emergencies. The Dentist took time to help me out even though their office was closing.
