their best at all times. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I was really hoping that I'd be able to watch TV during my dental procedure but they didn't have one. It was hard to sit through my entire procedure without getting bored. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

My teeth cleaning was done by the dentist versus a tech. I prefer having a dentist doing that work, but it felt kind of rushed and I wondered if that meant my teeth were pretty clean? It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule, however, I do not like that the office does not have a way for patients to leave a message or contact the office at times convenient to their schedules. Since I cannot leave a message, they cannot call me back Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. Dr. Ahmad is very knowledgeable and answers all of my questions. He does not overwork my teeth or suggest that I get dental procedures that are optional or unneeded, or cosmetic fixes. I appreciate not feeling pressured by him.

Excellent dentist and office staff. I switched my health insurance so I could keep going to him.
