First I think this doctor needs to retired ASAP! he is old and not very up to date with technology or techniques.
He is friendly but gets frustrated very easy and does a horrible job! on of his hygienist is a good friend of mine and she recommended to go see someone else because he does very poor jobs with most patients. I had a second opinion with a different doctor and saw that the work that was done was bad, unnecesary and needed to have the tooth pulled because the root canal that Dr. Pal performed was totally infected and had some kind of hole in the root level!!!!!! WTF!! yes! am so unhappy and i will never EVER recommend anyone to go see any of the doctors in this office!!!!!!!!

The staff is great. I didn't have to wait a long time. Will definitely be seeing them again. Seemed the other people in the waiting room had known the staff for several years.
