They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions.

I hadn't been to the dentist in over 4 years, so was really dreading a lecture, but they were awesome - made sure I knew the old "floss/brush2x day/come every 6months" spiel, but I didn't feel harassed or pressured like previous dentist offices. I felt like they did a stellar job, and it was a pleasant surprise to show up for an appointment, and immediately be taken back - seems like nowadays doctor's offices always keep you waiting forever. I'll definitely go back, and am considering Invisalign through them.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

I was completely frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are the WORST. I was so uncomfortable I would have rather just stood up to wait for my appointment. I was in excruciating pain during my entire procedure, and I asked for a local anesthetic but they just told me to deal with the pain. They had absolutely no compassion for me. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment. Later I called and left message for my questions, but she never returned call.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
