My teeth are perfect now! They are 100% straight and look like they came out of a magazine! The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The waiting room here is spacious.

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

A few of our kids have gotten braces here and we have been relatively pleased with the service. I find it a little weird that they do not let parents go back to the "treatment" room, especially for younger patients, where the assistants (mostly) do all the work, which is then approved by the Dr.

DO NOT expect to ever speak with the Dr. He is closely guarded by his staff and sometimes when I raise questions, they look at me like I'm a little cooky, but that being said, we've been relatively pleased with the service -- although it could be better

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.

The doctor was very rude to my 14 year old daughter on her monthly visit. She started to cry. The doctor was not apologetic at all. On complaining of the incident, he sent flowers with a message that read - " Sorry for the misunderstanding". This was not what I expected from him. Also,this meant that his rudeness was justified. He is very short tempered and can come out at any time on any patient.
There are lots of good orthodontists, I would suggest keep away from this short-tempered person.

They were so nice and gave me a huge selection of toothbrushes and toothpastes to choose from after my appointment. They really make an extra effort to make their patients feel special. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
