All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

This guy is a sheister!! Do not fall for his games. I sent my oldest son to him. He gave me a quote that was below other area ortho's and we were told it would take a year. What he DIDN'T tell me (and anyone else I know that's been to him) is that he does his work in "phases". He won't tell you how many phases it will take to complete the process. My son's teeth, which were not that bad, ended up costing me over $10,000 and they weren't even complete! I just refused to go through an ADDITIONAL phase! Every phase was going to be the "last one". One "phase" consisted ONLY of wearing a headgear for 1 year. He made NO adjustments the entire time and it cost me $1800. We would go in for a "check" month, after month, after month and sit in his office (strangely designed for preschoolers) for at minimum an hour, sometimes HOURS, for nothing!! I didn't realize that I could have pulled him after the first phase and taken him somewhere else. I found a phenominal doctor in the same office park. Evidently she gets a lot of the frustrated ex-patients of his. Also, he's got this old woman that sells the process for him that could rival the most experienced used car salesman. She goes to my church. I see her there and wonder how she can outright lie to people on a daily basis. It turns my stomach. PLEASE!! Heed my advice and save yourself the frustration and money. Stay away from Filippone in both Centreville and Gainesville.
