From the first time I walked into the offices of Dulles Dental Group I felt like I had made the right choice in selecting a dentist. Their staff is very warm and professional and because they contacted my insurance company before any procedure was done, I was always knew beforehand what my out of pocket expenses would be. All my questions were answered and they were willing to work with me financially and that made the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them because thanks to Dr Zia and the staff, my teeth are now beautiful. I did not have to go somewhere else to see a specialist or anybody else because the Dulles Dental Group has everybody under the same roof at some time or other. It was a 'one stop' situation. The office was very easy to locate so I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

The team at Dulles Dental Group could not treat me any better. I am amazed each time I go, just how professional the staff are and their equipment is digital and so state-of-the-art. I now have my wife, children and elderly mother going to Dulles Dental Group. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Office manager is terrable, doesnt know what she do and always create issues with billing and invoice. Bottom line they charge twice for services if you dont pay attention. when you ask they never do the corrections right. Very rude as well.
