The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand.

Not at all, they rushed me out the door

My advice to anyone needing serious dental work - NEVER ever use their service - don't just walk away -- RUN!! THis is the most horrible dental exp I had ever been for me and my family. For one, their staffing turnover is so high, there's always a diff "apprentice" dentist every time I come back for follow up visit on my denture work - it's never the same dentist I have to dealt with. Worst, they keep messing up my dental records.. and my bills is mysterious. My denture completion schedule was so delayed since the previous dentist that had left must not have provided complete info on my dental records and the replacement dentist seems to start over. This place is HORRIBLE as hell..!! I have to finally go to another dental clinic that has nothing to do with them whatsoever. The bills weeks later are so rip off, it will surprise yo to death! They should be shut down!!

I went to their Mclean office for some fillings on both sides of my face. I did the left side with Dr. Zia and was very pleased.
When I went back, he was gone and they gave me the option of going to his new practice. Should have done this!
Instead I went with the owner of the practice (Dr. Adili). The experience was awful. He zoomed in, did some chit chat, drilled holes in my tooth, then ran to the other patient and asked him how his new website was coming along. Then came back, did the fillings in less than 10 minutes and left.
Immediately after the numbness was gone I started to have pain in my lower tooth which got worse over two weeks. When I went back, he told me that the filling is too high and the nerve is aggravated. He corrected the fillings which he should have done the first time. Then told me that I might have to have a root canal and that it is all my fault b/c I grind my teeth. I am still in pain. But hey, at least his website is looking GREAT!
