If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They do have on site equipment to make temporary molds and retainers. But don't plan to get in at your appointment time. Plan for at least an hour beyond that, even if you do arrive 20 minutes early. Once the kids are in, the hygienists are really great about taking their time with them, and they don't mind answering my questions. I do wish that they would seal the teeth after the remove the brace brackets. The process sometimes cracks the teeth, and the kids complain of sensitivity for weeks afterward. This orthodontist had a very kid-friendly office; they have magazines and one game table. They also give kids pogs to save for prizes, and could use a few more games, but I would think that kids would find this a fun place to go.
