Terrible and rude dentist. Stay away from her and her office manager. They are both crooks and make promises they have no intention of keeping. They will tell you your charges will be one thing, and then charge you something different. You'll be stuck with the bill and if you don't pay, it will go to collections and hurt your credit score.

I had a worst experience here in her tiny and empty clinic. First the cleaning that I originally asked for switched over for deep cleaning and then they booked me for time 1 month in advance and forgot to call me for reminder. later I got credit card collection agency are coming over for missed appointment dues.....it was big nightmare and hurt my credit score...Please avoid this cheap clinic operated by Dr.Ali Amal DDS.

Avoid this dentist at all cost. She is absolutley terrible. I am so upset over the treatment I recieved.
When no one else was in the waiting room I should have known...
I had x rays done and then sat in the small treatment room with no door that everyone walking by could see into, for 45 MINUTES! Her staff said she was running behind.
After being there and hour she comes into the room and is chit chatting nonsense with her employees, never introduces herself, asks nothing about me, and never apoligizes for being so late.
The whole time she was looking in my mouth many of her employees were standing around in the room, hanging out, and asking her questions. I felt like I had no privacy. They had no reason to be there, at one time there was 4 employees and her, and the room is tiny. It was really uncomfortable.
She then said someone was going to come in and talk to me about the financial plan. Well some sales girl who works for her prefaced everything by of course telling me how bad off I would be without insurance.
Like the other person who reviewed her mentioned, she wants to do this deep cleaning which is not covered by insurance and almost $400. I said no I'm not doing that and she said then she wouldn't treat me. I asked why I couldn't get a regular cleaning and my fillings, which are all part of my insurance reimbursement, and she says no.
I asked her why I had to wait over an hour to hear this and she replies "A consultation is an hour appointment, we were developing your xrays" I guess she didn't know her staff had already told me she was running late. And x rays dont take an hour to develop unless you are an idiot.
I have worked in the dental field, and I have never been told I need a deep cleaning. And I also have never treated a patient with such poor customer service.
I left and am going to another dentist. AVOID THIS SALES OFFICE that has poor service and a con for a dentist. I am telling all my coworkers not to go to her.
The front desk girl Lee is really sweet and polite, she was the only one I liked dealing with. She should get a job at another office though that would utilize her skills more, because this place wasn't busy. She was the only pleasent person I delt with. And I am going to tell everyone I know to stay away.
