Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how the insurance would be billed. I had to wait for a short time after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The waiting room here is good, but the children's toys could be cleaner. Their restroom was not very clean at all though. The building also needs some repair. I understand the economy isn't the greatest, but it did not impress me for a dentist office.
