They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. During the procedure I was in extreme discomfort and there was no effort made by the doctor to relieve the discomfort. The area of the removed tooth became inflamed and infected. I began calling the office after 6 days of thinking it might get better, as I was terrified to return. I finally was able to get a hold of the Chesapeake office (after 4 days of leaving messages), and even after explaining my situation, still couldn't make an apt for that day... Instead I was given an apt for the following day at noon.
