I have been taking my two kids to Dr. Trivedi for about one year for tooth cleanings. I was satisfied with her because she was located near my kid's school. since I used to take the kids for their appointments after school. I never went through her receipts or invoices in detail, since I felt she charged me what any other dentist would charge.
Then I realized I was wrong and that she had been charging me about three times the cost of what any other dentist would charge. Then I contacted some other dentists and I found out their chargers for similar treatments were three times less than her chargers. It was obvious that Dr.Trivedi is a very dishonest person. I cannot believe that she actually charged me three times more than the actual cost. I also realized that she had overcharged me twice and when I checked with her she claimed that her office staff had made a printing error. It is very strange that when she cannot overcharge she has wrong invoices and then she claims that they are printing errors and blames the office staff. Please be aware of Dr. Triviedi and make sure you go through all your invoices and receipts carefully. Keep away from Dr. Kalpana Trivedi.

" I have been seeing Dr. Trivedi for a few years now for preventive dental maintenance. Her work is very thorough. After a few years of watch for deep pockets, I was recommended deep cleaning. I was scared of the needles and other tools that could be used during the process, but the deep cleaning experience yesterday took all the fears away. Due to the use of local anesthesia, no pricks or pain was felt during the deep cleaning. She follows standard dental guidelines (ADA based) for scheduling cleanings and routine work, in my view. Her recommendations match what a good any good insurance plan or another dentist would recommend to their patients. Definately recommend this dentist owing to the thoroughness of her work. She takes extra pains to explain to the patients as to why and what she is going to do in a given procedure."

Excellent dentist....
Dr. Trivedi is an excellent dentist. All the work she has done has been successful. No follows up for shoddy work. She has a professional bedside manner but is also just a nice person to be around. Small office and staff means a friendly experience. Highly recommended.
