The one star is for Steve the hygienist--the only good thing about that office. I will not be going back. Let's start with the rude behavior--the people in the office gasped when the insurance person asked me about my son. Really? I was just sitting in the chair. I said nothing, did nothing. This was completely unprovoked. My 46 year old husband was next to me. And no, I don't look old for my age. Like I said, the office personel gasped when they heard her comment. My hygienist gave me the impression that this one was not exactly liked by the staff. I don't know what her problem was.

Now the incompetence: this same insurance person told me I was eligible for xrays. I was new to the office so I brought my own that were taken 6 month prior from my old dentist--why did I even need xrays? I didn't. They just wanted to milk me for money. They took them anyway and guess what? I wasn't eligible for the xrays. No shock there.

The office has handled everything incredibly poorly. The dentist on staff was informed, but did nothing. I never received an apology for the rude behavior, and instead of admitting their mistake on the insurance, and taking xrays I never should have had in the first place, they are charging me $164. Forest Dental Center I hope you are reading this. I gave my real first name so it won't be hard to figure out who I am. You will get the money, but my husband and I will not be coming back.
