When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.

One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I wasn't able to rinse my mouth during my procedure at all, and it was getting hard to breathe. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. One young lady in particular, Kelsie, was extremely rude and seemed like she thought she was too good to work with people.
