Doctor Linda Jones is a good dentist, and I have no problems with her or her dentistry techniques. The problem is with the office staff. I have been there on more than one occasion, but I received a letter in the mail. This letter encouraged me to come in before the end of the year and have some dental work done before the end of the year or I waste dental benefits. In the letter I'm informed that my mold and partial plate that we have spoken about would cost a total of $837, with my part being $, and insurance covering the rest. When I made an appointment and visited the office, I was informed that it was a mistake and that I had to pay all $837. There was no explanation other than it must have been a computer error.
Well, I did like Dr. Jones, but I can not tolerate being lied to.
I also had a list of dental issues with my children that were going to be taken care of here, but if the estimates are not worth the ink that is on the paper, why should I trust her. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. I was not satisfied with my visit... not much was accomplished and I felt confused and uneasy upon leaving.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
