They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Dr. Ruzzo is very professional and he has assembled a highly skilled staff that is friendly and thorough. This office has phenomenal dental hygienists and Dr. Ruzzo is great at cosmetic dentistry.

I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
