I love Dr Burns! I have always been terrified of the dentist. I visited Dr. Burns after talking and visiting other Dentist and I knew from the moment I met him that is where I wanted to have my procedure done. Staff is exceptional answered all my questions with patients and kindness and believe me I had a lot of questions. Dr. Burns was down to earth patient with me and helped me make decisions as to what procedure was best for me. He is serious but has a sense of humor as well. I can't say enough about him. You will love him.

They were so nice and gave me a huge selection of toothbrushes and toothpastes to choose from after my appointment. They really make an extra effort to make their patients feel special. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there.
