I had an early appointment and confirmed the amount of time necessary to get the children to school on time. The confirmation call gave me a different, later appointment time. A call for clarification said they hadn't put in the amount of time for paperwork and that the later time had always been my appointment, though I was told differently. I waited, frustrated, the morning of the appt. Once back however, I felt rushed. Techs swooped the kids off for X-rays without asking if I wanted them done. They used earpiece radios to talk to the dentist as he flitted about from patient to patient. Without asking again, they started to apply sealants. I stopped them, asking for more informatino before anything other than a cleaning occurred. The dentist also incorrectly insisted my daughter had sealants on her teeth. The tech confirmed later that he was wrong. He spent probably close to a minute with each child. I felt like it was a churn and burn operation, getting as much money out of each family as quickly as possible, with as much upsell as possible. We will absolutely not be back.

The doctor told us one of my son's teeth needed to be taken out. So we made an appointment. Everything seemed all right. About a week later, when we showed up, the receptionist told us we didn't have an appointment at all in their system. The receptionist was very rude. Even worse, a manager came out and suggested us to wait in the lobby for a cancellation. When I asked how did you know there would be a cancellation, the answer was "I don't". UNBELIEVABLE. The doctors in the office seemed OK, but the supporting staff and management were unprofessional and ridiculous.
