Due to their unwillingness to do X-rays and let me see the dentist on duty after having problems with a procedure I now have major problems that will cost me several thousand dollars and I still may loose several teeth. Will not be a returning patient. They use to. E a. Rey efficient office, but no more. They should be ashamed.

They gave me dental procedure I did not want and still did not get the fixing I want . Finally got one thing done and was wrong . Went back 6 times to fix it but they would not listen to what I want fixed. They did not fix it so I am left with crappy dental equipment that hurts my mouth and paid thousands of dollar for nothing. They call you 4 for routine appointment and text you without your permission. They are money hungry

This is a dental mill. When we 1st visited there, the dentist gave both my husband & me a printout of over $15K worth of work EACH he claimed we needed done. Most of it is not necessary! Other dentists have confirmed it. My husband no longer goes there. I chose to stay and have 3 fillings replaced with crowns. The last visit the crown did not fit. Unlike before, when they filed it to fit and I left in comfort, the girl who waited on me did not care at all! Dr. A. came in & wanted to permanently cement it in & I refused until it fit correctly. He wouldn't even work on it! I kept asking him questions and he apparently became frustrated w/me. He left the room & never returned. I kept asking the girl questions and she clearly didn't want to be bothered. I allowed her to temporarily cement the cap until I could see if it would self-adjust in a couple days. They don't want me to return for permanent cement if it does, saying it's not necessary and to "Just wear it until the crown falls out." No dentist or his assistant has ever given me such preposterous instructions! They said it's for the customers convenience to not have to return for the permanent cement. BAH! It's because they don't want to take time to do it as it takes time from more expensive work they can be charging someone else. If the dentist was prepared to permanently cement it before it fit correctly, why wouldn't he permanently cement it after?? His assistant was very rude when I kept questioning her about it and said she didn't know why we were still discussing it. I told her I will be back one way or the other, either for a new crown that fits or the permanent cement on this one! My part after insurance is still in the hefty hundreds & it should fit and feel comfortable! Since the tech never introduced herself (another minus in that office) I called back to get her name and the woman hesitated to give it although she ended up doing so. What they need to remember there is they work for US, the patients! We have a right to know what they are doing, why, and to ask questions! We have the right to know who's poking around in our mouths also! To not want to share names of those employees is questionable on their part as to honesty and level of professionalism/education of those on staff! Who would go to a doctors office or hospital where they refused to tell you their name? Seems shady! Their opinion of themselves is much higher than mine is of them at this point!

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

Def. would' t recommend this office to anyone. I had a strange feeling about this place after being seen there the first time. I felt like they are money hungry. But I still went there a couple of times to get some things done. They are very unprofessional and rude. They have bad customer service and try to charge you the most they can get. I should have listened to my feeling in the first place and never return to this place.

Their staff was friendly enough. But the Doctor was horrible..HE STUCK ME IN THE TONGUE WITH A NEEDLE I felt worse when I left. . I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
