After being treated at this practice for nearly 5 years, I went to my former dentist, close by, on an urgent issue. I traveled nearly 60 mi. round trip because I heard what excellent care others were getting with Dr. Kent. My former dentist fixed the issue but found I had 13 cavities and one tooth was crumbling. This was only 5 mos. after I last saw Dr. Kent. I was in shock so I sought a 2nd opinion in which this dentist also found I had 13 cavities. When I went back to confront Dr. Kent with the documented repairs from both other dentist that were needed to fix my teeth, his only reply was he uses the conservative approach. Well, why didn't his hygienist or the dentist find the cavities before. His so called "conservative approach" has now cost me over $10,000.00 in a years time, to have root canals, crowns, and cavities repaired. The one tooth he put a crown on lasted 18 mos and recently broke at the gum line. Where is the justice in this for me?

The office was clean, warm and inviting. The office staff was friendly and went out of their way to help. It was my two young daughters first visit to a dentist and they were initially scared but came away with only smiles. They were also happy to get balloons and Disney toothbrushes. Dr. Kent and our hygienist were very gentle and explained everything. I will take all of my family to this office. They were wonderful.

Fillings he put in fell out within 3 month. He would not replace them for free. Bad work done. Do not recomend!!
