I just had my first experience with Dr. Lewis and it was great. I was seen immediately and the appointment was finished timely. Everyone in the office was friendly and the atmosphere was great.

I've been going to Dr Lewis for 5 years now and I've always enjoyed the office personalities until this last time. I had a last-minute errand that took up the majority of my morning and I had to reschedule my dentist appointment. The receptionist wouldn't budge with the (b**&^lsh1t) $25 cancellation fee. The reason I find this fee insulting is because I've been such a long-standing patient and I've recently referred TWO new patients to her practice. I'm quite angry and will likely ask for my dental records and go elsewhere. Until now, no issues. Just BEWARE the $25 cancellation fee and ZERO customer retention SOP.

Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to

It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
