We had asked for a night time retainer to be made for a patient that had her braces completed in Taiwan. No problem! The retainer was made at a very reasonable cost and no complaints from the office because they were doing follow-up service. Will take my other child to this provider if necessary,

Dr. Tate and his staff are wonderful. The place runs like a well-oiled machine. Friendly, professional, caring, efficient, kind, positive. We never have to wait for our appointments. They always respond quickly and are willing to help with questions or concerns. Dr. Tate sees so many patients, yet he remembers his short conversations with us and asks about things the next time he sees us. The whole staff helps and supports each other. The place feels calm and relaxed. Everything is spotless and well-organized.

Hard to believe a practice like this can survive. No computers, no email, no technology of any kind. Completely antiquated processes. It really makes me wonder how up to date the care is. There is also no voice mail, so sometimes you have to call throughout the day to get an answer. Ridiculous.

2 of my children had braces here and we were always treated with respect, promptly and graceously. Both the Drs were wonderful and the staff was excellent and friendly.
