I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

No, I didn't receive anything at all
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment.
