Like the staff, but they could speak better english. But over all they are good, the staff are friendly and always happy, I never have any problem getting a appointment, wish the wait time could be less but I guess that everywhere. Yesh I reccommed Dr,Sonu Kakar.

My family has been using this doctor for over 7 years!!! we love how he works. My children are not scared and look forward to going every 6 months...they actually remind me when the time comes to see the dr! I think a lot of these negative review we see is because the parents fear denist anyway and are always looking for something to be wrong. Again the doctor and staff haas always been great!They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

In the past there was a good dentist for children here around October she left and most of the staff. The new people suck. He did not even look at my daughters e-rays; he said he would not work on her unless she was sedated though she has had crowns and fillings for four visits without being sedated. Before they would show me the x-rays and point out the cavities as a matter of business in the appointment. The girl cleaning her teeth did not brush or floss her teeth she only smeared the fluoride treatment on. The front staff was helpful enough; I have not seen more than one person stays working here over the last three visits (2 cleanings and 2 fillings in one visit during 6 months).
Her last visit they said they did not sedate her but I received a bill for it, something the insurance does not cover. They did not file with second insurance or failed to make sure they payed up as well. I will never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed though the appointment even thought I got to the back about 1hour10 minutes after her appointment time. They barely spent two minutes with my daughter and almost completely ignored me. I was there from 9:30 to 11:20. After the cleaning I had to wait an extended time to get the chart back to the front. i also over heard them telling a less then two year old tough the door that if she cryed they would not give her any stickers. thats lame she was getting a tooth pulled.
