I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. And if your standing infront of the window to try to talk to one of them it's like they don't see you even if they pass by. I they ignore a lot of patient there by pretending not seing you. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood.
