Today was my first time to Shaftsbury Dental. The staff was very friendly. I saw Dr. Oliver and he was very pleasant and informative. I have had many people tell me they are the best place around and I'm glad I listened.

Dr. was equipped with the latest technology. Was very experienced with all the new equipment. Dr. was very quick, accurate and painless. Have gotten 3 crowns and a bridge also. Have had 2 extractions. The woman Dentist was very accommodating, nice and empathetic.Have had minimal pain on any procedure.I couldn't ask for better, caring dentists. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

I HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM AND THEY PREBILLED MY INSURANCE AND GAVE ME A BILLED THAT WAS OUTDATED ON MY FIRST VISIT..HAD NO MONEY WHEN I WENT IN FOR APPOINTMENT AND THEY SENT ME HOME. I CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT AND NEVER WENT BACK

Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys like the plague! HORRIBLE experience and they have NO CLUE what they are doing. A simple crown cost me $1700. They had to drill off the temporary and TWICE the new crown didn't fit. Icing on the cake was the crown fell off today and they wanted to stick it back on WEDNESDAY!!! I have never in over 50 years of dental care seen dentists who suck like these 2. Unfortunately I have to go back now to stick the crown back on - GOD HELP ME!!! They should lose their license to practice and after crown is cemented I will RUN away from these idiots and never go back.

Dr Elizabeth Carmack is certainly an exceptional health provider! I had two incidents in the last year that required immediate attention. Both times I received treatment almost immediately, and was completely pleased with the results. Dr Carmack's education and experience, especially her two years with Operation Smile, is impressive. Her demeanor and total professionalism is remarkable. I would strongly recommend her for anybody's dental needs. In addition, on both visits the cost was significantly less than I anticipated.

Very wonderful to have a dentist who cares and understands if your afraid of dentists. Caring staff and everyone seems to be very happy and joyful. Would recommend to all and have if you have any dental issues.

These two young dentists are by far the most compassionate, caring, and skilled professionals I have ever encountered. From the front desk, to assistants, and hygienists, every visit has been a pleasure. The assistants are attentive to how I react during the appointments, and try vigorously to make sure I am comfortable. Dr. Betsy cannot be more pleasant. She always greets me with a smile, asks about my family, and make me feel truly cared for. Her injections are 100% painless!! The time I saw Dr. Tyler, he too, was extremely kind and entertaining, always making me laugh. They both seem very up to date with the current fields of study and I feel 100% confident in there care. They have stayed late to accommodate me and have made me feel at ease every step along the way. I encourage anyone looking for top of the line dentists to go here!!
