I grew up with a fear of going to the dentist, having had a terrible experience as a kid. As a result I have a lot of problems with my teeth, but finally found Dr. Mike Jensen, my dentist who I trust. Never felt any pain and he does a really good job of explaining what's going on.

As an adult I felt fine with Dr. Jensen but I will never go back there after the way he treated my kids. Ignorant, impatient, condescending. ZERO stars.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
