Reep Family Dental is a very compassionate and professional dentist and support staff. They care about the whole person and work to make their patrons comfortable in a very stressful situation. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

DON'T GO HERE! Son was in the process of getting a crown when we had to move unexpectedly. His temporary fell out two days before his appointment for the permanant crown was to be put on. Dr. Reep refuses to send crown to new dentist in our area to finish the work, even after telling us three different times that it has been sent. Travel time would be six hours to have him continue the work.
OH BTW... HE HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL AND OUR INSURANCE IS MAXED OUT FOR THE YEAR.. Thanks Dr. Reep.. my son now has to walk around without a front tooth.

They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
