Not at all, they rushed me out the door

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Everything they told me in the beginning was anesthesia was effective and he ordered me some adequate pain meds for afterward. They were able to provide me everything they promised me and were considerate about scheduling. The office was comfortable for me during a complex procedure. They did not suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and did not pressure me. They were always very considerate and professional. Dr. Hepworth's work was excellent; one year later I am very pleased with the outcome.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Yes! It was absolutely excruciating

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
