My whole experience was great. I was listened to as far as what type of post op meds I would take. That was important to me as a person in recovery. The 800 mg. Ibuprophen did the job, I had no pain or swelling after having 2 upper back teeth pulled and prepped for future titainium posts. I am two days post op and all is well. I went right back to work the following day. Thank you to the staff at SSOS!

I had an appointment but after waiting 40 minutes I asked to be rescheduled. I haven’t heard back. If you miss an appointment they charge you $300. Is this the typical customer service that can be expected? I was referred from my dentist. I have a tooth that needs to be removed. I understand that the patient ahead of me needed attention that exceeded the expected time allotted during that appointment. I am glad that the dentist took care of the patient. One employee informed me that the reason for the delay was that my room needed cleaning and would be ready in a couple of minutes only to be told by another employee 10 minutes later that the appointment previous to me needed more time. That was disappointing at best. Was the first employee just saying anything to buy more time or was the second employee wrong. Since the previous patient didn’t come out of the office before I left I tend to believe the second employee. Not being called back is perhaps the most concerning of all. The lack of professionalism is why I’m writing this review and I hope it gets to the dentist partners. Maybe I should take my business elsewhere?

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
