This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They were so happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

The office staff made a call and insured me that it was not a problem with my insurance. Turns out they were wrong, and they billed me for the entire amount and when I called, the office manager was extremely rude, told me she was turning me in to a collection agency and hung up on me. My dentures still aren't right and don't fit well. The doctor assured me he could make a pair that would be much better for me, but so far I am extremely disappointed. I'm not used to being treated so rudely. Hopefully I can work out these issues but it doesn't seem like they give a crap.
