They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

My daughter went to this dentist and really enjoyed him and felt he was friendly and informative. However she is very aware of keeping bills paid at all times and frequently called to find out how much insurance was paying on a crown and fillings as well as checking in with the insurance company. Almost one year later after going into the office and requesting to pay everything in full (and she did ) she received another bill out of the blue with a balance and a threat to take her to collections!!!! They never sent a bill and the last communication with them was that we were paid in full!!!!!

The receptionst who answers the phone gave a variety of answers changing each one and obviously didn't have a clue why it happened ...and was frankly not very helpful.

THis is sad because this dentist will lose more patients because of poor office help.
